Self-Storage
Easy access to your personal effects
- Self-storage differs from warehouse storage in that you pay for a unit and can access that unit anytime during opening hours. You pay a fixed cost regardless of the volume of goods you store in the unit.
- Over the many years we have been providing storage we have observed the following:
- You pay for the privilege of “access” and in most situations customers rarely access their goods.
- Most self lock units are close to three metres high and customers rarely stack their goods more than two metres high, if you allow isle space then you’re not maximising the use of floor space; so in effect customers are often filling less than half their units.
- Most units don’t come with furniture wraps so you need to use your own packing or hire it you need to either wrap your good yourself or get your removalist to do it.
Pros and Cons
If you need regular access then self storage is most likely the best option for you. If you don’t then warehouse storage with us may be a more cost effective storage solution. Our storage costs are based on the volume of your goods not fixed sized units.
Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any queries about our comprehensive storage service.
